Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates’ Courtyard by Marriott Danbury, CT is seeking a Morning Bistro Server/Breakfast Attendant to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle breakfast service at The Bistro Restaurant & Bar in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Typical schedule includes 6 AM–10 AM or 5 PM–10 PM with weekend and holiday availability required. Prior hotel food & beverage experience and basic computer skills (Word/Excel) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel food and beverage or restaurant environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand company guest service guidelines and procedures.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, property management system, Word, and Excel is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, ring into POS, and process payments.
• Prepare food, coffee and beverages to brand standards, including alcohol.
• Set up bar, prepare drinks, follow alcohol laws, close duties, ensure cleanliness.
• Assist in food and beverage areas including bussing, cleaning, washing dishes, resetting tables, delivering food.
