Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure breakfast service runs efficiently and to high standards.
• Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients and assist senior chefs in prep and execution of dishes.
• Assist with designing and developing breakfast dishes in line with standards.
• Support with mise en place and deliver refined dishes for fine dining service.
