Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a PM line cook for our Hull & Mason restaurant at the Quincy hotel. You will cook on the line, operate and clean kitchen equipment, and prepare items to our recipes and guest requests.
Prior line cook experience is preferred. Strong knife handling and food safety knowledge are essential. Read order tickets in English and work well with a team to ensure a smooth shift and satisfied guests.

You will be cooking on the line to prepare menu items for our hotel restaurant, Hull & Mason. You will operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment such as the deep fryer, broiler, stove, and flat top grill in order to prepare food of consistent quality and following recipe cards and guest requests.
Prior line cook experience is preferred. It is important that you have proper knife handling skills and an understanding of food safety/sanitation and various cooking methods in order to execute menu items. You should be able to speak and read English so you can read order tickets and communicate with restaurant staff. We are looking for a team player who is willing to pitch in and do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth shift and satisfied guests.
