Snooze Kierland is hiring servers to provide friendly, attentive, and timely brunch service in a lively breakfast restaurant environment in Scottsdale. You will welcome guests, learn the menu, and deliver food and beverages while maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

We emphasize guest satisfaction, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and be at least 18 years old with proper certifications.

Qualifications

• Food and alcohol serving certifications required by county must be obtained before employment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (10+ hours) and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests into our home, get to know them, and treat each and every Guest like a VIP.
• Have knowledge of every product and ingredient in house and know why they are the best of the best.
• Deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and help wherever, whenever.
• Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to terminals, refrigeration units to host stands.
• Observe Guests and ensure the ultimate satisfaction with the food, service, and ambiance.
