DelMonte Hotel Group in Troy, Michigan, is seeking a friendly Bistro Attendant to join our hospitality team and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

As a Bistro Attendant, you will serve food and beverages, input orders, maintain safety standards, and keep the Bistro and meeting spaces clean and well stocked.

We offer $16.00 per hour plus tips, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, hotel room discounts worldwide, and opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Input orders into the cash register and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve non-griddle items using the Turbo Chef.
• Prepare Bistro fare and alcoholic beverages.
• Brew espresso and steam milk for specialty coffee drinks.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies.
• Complete daily inventory prep sheet.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro and surrounding areas.
• Stock displays and assist in meeting room setup.
• Provide safe shuttle transportation to guests if needed.
