Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group, based in North Carolina, seeks a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, stock the breakfast area and maintain a welcoming, clean space each morning.

You will prepare and serve the daily continental breakfast, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and assist with other duties as needed to support smooth hotel morning service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in restaurant/kitchen service.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve the daily complimentary breakfast.
• Greet guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep breakfast area stocked and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares and serves the daily complimentary breakfast bar
• Greets each guest and ensures guests are satisfied
• Ensures breakfast area is sufficiently stocked at all times
• Ensures cleanliness of breakfast area
• Other duties as assigned
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of one (1) year in restaurant/kitchen service role
• Minimum of High School education

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of kitchen/restaurant operations
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
