Job summary

Epic in Madison, WI is seeking a skilled baker to compose and scratch-bake a variety of goods including pastries and breads. This position offers relocation assistance and is ideal for those with 2+ years of baking experience in a professional kitchen. You will work in a brand new facility with mentoring opportunities alongside world-class bakery staff.

Compensation includes competitive pay, a full benefits package, and eligibility for annual bonuses and raises. A COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
• Large-volume experience is a plus.
• Available for very early morning work Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Work alongside culinary professionals to compose and scratch‑bake goods such as croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, coffeecakes, and more in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
