Epic in Green Bay, WI is looking for a skilled individual to join their bakery team. You will work alongside culinary professionals to craft various baked goods in a state-of-the-art facility.

This role requires 2+ years of professional baking experience or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree. Relocation assistance to Madison, WI is available for qualified candidates. A competitive pay structure and a full benefits package including health insurance and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Large-volume experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Available for very early morning work Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Work alongside culinary professionals to compose and scratch‑bake goods such as croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, coffeecakes, and more in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
