Job summary

Hyatt Place Lubbock is seeking a friendly Complimentary AM Attendant to start mornings with a smile, prepare breakfast, and ensure a clean, inviting dining area for guests. You’ll greet guests, stock stations, assist with beverages, and help maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering warm hospitality in a fast-paced hotel environment.

A high school diploma is preferred; hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly guest interaction.
• Ability to describe hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Keep dining areas clean, stocked, and organized; refresh buffet stations.
• Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and general prep as needed.
• Handle guest requests with calm, friendly problem-solving while upholding brand standards.
