Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 20–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with breakfast options and hotel amenities.
• Prepare and provide breakfast items while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
• Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized; refresh buffet stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with calm, professional approach.
• Support other shifts as needed (dishwashing, restocking, tidying).
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence during morning shifts.
