Job summary

SOUTHWIND LODGING LLC is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team in Memphis, TN. You will set up and maintain the breakfast area, prepare items, and serve beverages while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and can stand for long periods. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items and beverages.
• Keep breakfast area clean and stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with questions or needs.
• Address customer complaints and concerns professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
