O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Complimentary Breakfast Attendant at the Cambria Hotel in Plano, TX. You welcome guests with a warm greeting, stock and present breakfast items, and keep the dining area inviting and clean.

The role requires you to monitor temperatures, follow safety guidelines, and assist guests with inquiries while coordinating with other hotel teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Food handler certification may be required based on applicable state or local requirements.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, sets up, presents, and replenishes complimentary breakfast items.
• Monitors food levels and ensures items remain fresh and stocked.
• Assists guests with questions and special needs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast/dining area during service.
• Follows food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures for temps and storage.
• Collaborates with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
