Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis North/Blaine MN seeks a Breakfast Attendant for part-time shifts in Blaine, MN. Greet guests, assist in breakfast service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health standards.

This role requires a High School diploma, accuracy, teamwork, and good communication. Experience with hotel brand standards is preferred. Hourly pay starts at $16 with benefits and flexible weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must speak/read/write English (primary workplace language).
• Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including, but not limited to, assignment of duties, evaluating service, and taking disciplinary action when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests and ensure a quality dining experience.
• Assist in preparation, cooking and presentation of food according to standard recipes for the bistro and banquet rooms.
• Maintain a clean service area, clean tables, and follow health codes.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met and food/beverage deliveries are checked.
