Job summary

Superhost Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for the Home2 North Plano property. You will help set up and tear down the complimentary breakfast, greet guests warmly, and restock items to ensure a smooth and inviting breakfast service.

This role emphasizes guest service, reliability, and flexibility in a fast-paced hotel environment. Training will prepare you for various hotel services and opportunities for growth within the company, including wellness programs and inclusion

Breakfast Attendant:

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the set-up and tear down of the complimentary breakfast.
• Welcoming and thanking complimentary breakfast guests with genuine hospitality.
• Proactively restocking items to ensure a seamless and delightful breakfast service.

Requirements:

• Efficient in managing tasks and responsibilities on time.

• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Availability for early morning shifts from 5 am - 12 pm.

Working closely with your team, you will demonstrate your customer service prowess, actively participating in enhancing the overall guest experience and contributing to the success of our hospitality efforts.
