Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a breakfast host to ensure a warm, welcoming start to each guest's day. You will prepare and serve a complimentary hot breakfast, maintain a clean dining and lobby area, and help uphold food-safety standards for a friendly, fast-paced team.

We value hospitality professionals who communicate well in English, enjoy helping others, and take pride in creating a positive guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service expectations.
• Warm, friendly manner when communicating with guests.
• Ability to follow English directions (written and verbal).

• Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
• Prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts.
• Create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Ensure that food safety standards are met and appropriate levels of inventory and supplies are maintained.
• See to it that the breakfast and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
