Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly and guests receive high-quality service. You will prepare and serve made-to-order items in the hotel breakfast area and act as a reference point for guests throughout service.

The role may require flexible scheduling. Commitment to safety and cleanliness is essential, with training and development opportunities provided by Island Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Cook and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble after.
• Keep the breakfast space well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables after meals.
• Receive beverage orders and direct to the kitchen when needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The role of the Breakfast Attendant is to be a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving made to order food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or reception area.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter
• Ensuring the breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all times
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
• Receiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen, as needed
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
• Ensuring a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness

Job Qualifications:
