Job summary

Hyatt Indy in Indianapolis is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up, stock, and maintain the hotel's breakfast area, greet guests, and ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met. This role supports a fast-paced, guest-focused dining operation within the hotel’s Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; food handling certification required.
• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, keeping items stocked and visually appealing.
• Prepare basic items such as coffee, juices, pastries, fruit.
• Greet guests and assist with breakfast needs.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and monitor temperatures.
• Report shortages or issues to management.
