Job summary

QualiTech is seeking a Breaker Line Packer to support the post-bake packaging process. You will ensure correct packaging and labeling, rotate through line locations, and assist with seal-out duties as needed. The role emphasizes safety and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, ability to follow instructions in English, and comfort with basic arithmetic and data entry. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must understand and follow English-language food safety instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with decimals.
• Ability to read data on computer screens and enter information.
• Read and follow work instructions and communicate with coworkers.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Work environment may be cool or warm; floors can be slippery when wet.
• Hearing and vision required to read documents pertaining to the job.
• Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift production meetings.
• Adherence to GMPs and safety programs.
• Complete required Alchemy courses as scheduled.
• Package product in correct packaging and labeling.
• Assist with changing over equipment when product changes.
• Maintain clean and safe utensils, equipment, and work area.
• Monitor automated equipment and report issues promptly to leadership.
• Train new team members as assigned.
• Prepare area for the next shift.
