Newly Weds Foods- Horn Lake, MS is seeking a Loader/Unloader to handle bread loading onto racks for cooling and unloading for crumb production. The role requires lifting 22-pound loaves, moving carts, and rotating with the JBC Bagger to prevent muscle wear.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and complete all on-the-job training, plus HACCP and GMP training with yearly refreshers. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and must complete all on the job training.
• Must attend HACCP, GMP, and other training sessions and successfully pass HACCP and GMP session quizzes (YEARLY REFRESHER REQUIRED).

Responsibilities

• Load bread from conveyors to racks for cooling and unload bread from racks to conveyors for bread crumb production.
• Lift 22-pound loaves from conveyors, place on racks (8 racks per cart, 6 loaves per rack).
• Operate or rotate with the JBC Bagger; monitor grinder for clogs and perform GMP and cleaning duties.
• Unload cool loaves, break them, and feed the line to the crumb process.
• Assist with moving carts and racks, and maintain safe lifting practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
