• Follow recipes, production procedures, and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies and procedures.

$500 Sign-on bonus for Full-Time External Candidates

Sign-on bonus will be paid out in 3 installments, $100 after 30 days, $150 after 60 days, and $250 after 90 day probation period.

***The sign on bonus does not apply to temp employees who are currently working at 85c and roll over.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires:

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including bakery heat, coolers, and freezers.
• Full range of motion to safely perform production tasks and operate bakery equipment.

Shifts (All Shift Require OVERTIME)

• “From 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM – 2:30PM, 3:30PM, 4:30PM & 5:30PM (ALL SHIFTS REQUIRE OVERTIME)”
• Some work stations have alternating days off, must work SATURDAY AND/OR SUNDAY!
• Bread – Wash department include 1st & 2nd Shift (MUST WORK EVERY SATURDAY)
