Job summary

Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center enterprise, is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to create an engaging, supportive learning environment for students of various ages and skill levels.

You will build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates, and partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention while sharing your musical expertise to inspire growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of music teaching experience.
• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
