Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe transportation for guests from our Avon location. You will operate our branded shuttle, greet guests, assist with entering and exiting the vehicle, and ensure a clean, comfortable ride while upholding our service standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule, and a team-oriented, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe shuttle service for guests and drive the branded shuttle vehicle.
• Greet guests and assist with getting in and out of the shuttle.
• Keep the shuttle clean, tidy, and comfortable at all times.
• Maintain a timely shuttle route and follow schedules.
• Assist shop with receiving, processing parts, and errands as needed.
• Notify the service manager of maintenance needs (oil changes, tires, cleaning).
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
