The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving to influence teams and deliver measurable improvements. Travel may be required for launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business/operations.
• 5–7 years in Retail Service operations or similar.
• Proven track record in complex project management, preferably launches.
• Experience in consumer electronics or telecom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SES/CSP operations across locations.
• Coordinate new Branded location launches and planning.
• Manage vendor relationships and KPI accountability.
• Improve customer experience and drive performance.
• Align with Retail for location launches and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs post-launch and drive improvements.
