Job summary

Blackdog Builders, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Visual Media Specialist to lead the production of marketing content. The role centers on graphic design, with on-site capture and storytelling across multiple business units, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

You should have a strong portfolio, 2–5 years in content creation, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. On-site work at Salem, NH with showroom and retail environments is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in content creation or related creative role or portfolio.
• Strong ability to capture short-form content on-site.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and producing polished assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of visual marketing content across channels.
• Design social graphics, email headers, blog visuals, flyers, and signage.
• Capture on jobsites/showrooms and light edit for social formats.
• Build repeatable capture systems and templates for consistency.
• Coordinate with Marketing Director and calendar to meet deadlines.
• Provide occasional backup support for phones/lead intake when needed.
