Job summary

Michael Kors in the United States seeks a Sales Supervisor to drive store performance through leadership, coaching, and a superior customer experience. You will support upper management, manage opening/closing, and uphold visual standards in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, strong English skills, and flexible availability including holidays and peak events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability requirements, including working flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist upper management in driving sales results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Perform keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to personal growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships by maintaining knowledge of current fashion trends and coaching styling techniques.
• Lead, motivate, and empower the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service while demonstrating strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards to create an engaging, premium shopping experience.
• Setting season floorset & maintaining visual standards daily/weekly.
• Ensure stock replenishment is completed efficiently, keeping merchandise fully stocked, organized, and accurately presented.
• Take responsibility for inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor.
• Support the consistent delivery of the Michael Kors brand image through attention to detail and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership by completing operational tasks efficiently while maintaining high store standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team, consistently demonstrating responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
• Proactively identify and resolve stock, merchandising, and operational issues to ensure products remain available and well presented.
