FirstCash in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join the Marketing team onsite. You will design graphics for social media, websites, and in-store materials, and edit short- and long-form video content across platforms.

The role combines design, video storytelling, and brand storytelling in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro is required; CapCut experience alone is not

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
Ability to edit video from raw footage through final delivery.

Responsibilities

Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, flyers, in-store signage, and other marketing materials.
Create and edit both short-form and long-form video content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and paid advertising.
Add text, captions, transitions, music, sound effects, motion graphics, and basic color correction to video projects.
Adapt creative assets for multiple platforms and formats.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and implement revisions based on feedback.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay current on social media trends, creative best practices, and emerging design tools.
