ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Graphic Designer to create designs, concepts, and layouts that support marketing campaigns across divisions. You will manage multiple projects with a focus on branding consistency and high-quality visuals.

The role requires strong typography, web expertise, and an ALL IN attitude toward safety, learning, inclusion, and delivering results. ADB emphasizes collaboration with leadership and event involvement.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with specialized graphic design and editing software required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Independently perform design support for Marketing; coordinate meetings and day-to-day requests.
Develop and maintain ADB’s visual brand across materials; create digital ads and email blasts.
Oversee branding, content creation and videography/photography for internal marketing.
Conduct market research to identify design trends and best practices.
Collaborate through all design phases from concept to distribution.
Develop presentation materials and present campaigns to executives.
Demonstrate layout, visual hierarchy, and design sense.
Monitor analytics for website and social media channels.
Build asset library of graphics and infographic elements; take on-site photos.
Collaborate with proposals for branded processes.
Create and edit videos in-house for social media and website.
