You’ll manage multiple projects from concept to final execution, ensure brand alignment, and mentor junior designers while staying current with design trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and collaborate in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities.
• Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design graphics for digital, print, and social media channels.
• Create visual assets for websites, product packaging, campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain branding and consistency.
• Translate marketing strategies into visually captivating campaigns.
• Take ownership from ideation through final execution per brand guidelines.
• Edit, retouch, and optimize images for digital and print use.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Prepare files for print, liaise with print vendors, ensure quality.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
