Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Multimedia & Creative Specialist to develop company-wide marketing visuals and narratives. You will lead graphics, video production, motion design, and photography while ensuring brand consistency across print and digital platforms.

You will partner with internal teams to translate business goals into compelling assets, manage digital libraries, and stay ahead of design trends, enabling engaging communications and recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio of published multimedia and graphic design work.
Minimum 5 years of professional design and multimedia experience.
Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and produce visual, written, animated, and interactive content for marketing and recruitment.
Lead graphic design and page layout for reports, collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
Create custom graphics, logos, icons, infographics, and branded visuals.
Plan, capture, edit, and produce photography, videography, motion graphics, and drone footage.
Source licensed assets and manage digital asset repositories for governance.
