Job summary

Rockbot seeks a Director, Brand and Creative Services to define an uncompromising creative standard. You will lead brand evolution, craft vision, and oversee campaigns across channels, balancing hands-on work with leadership.

The role reports to the SVP of Marketing and drives the creative voice through Rockbot's growth and transformation. You will mentor teams, align with product and sales, and guard creative integrity while shaping scalable brand systems for a fast-growth SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of creative experience with top-tier agency training in tech.
• Portfolio shows world-class visual storytelling and brand evolution.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and scale teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Rockbot brand identity and evolve it to match trajectory and momentum.
• Lead creation of visually compelling campaigns across channels.
• Oversee concepting and execution for web, product, video, and experiential.
• Maintain design craft and narrative consistency across assets.
• Mentor internal creatives and establish scalable processes.
• Manage agency partners and freelancers to ensure excellence.
