Job summary

Fleetzero is building battery-electric ships for commercial maritime. This role owns Fleetzero's visual identity end-to-end.

You will personally edit, color grade, and deliver finished work - no handoff to a finishing house, no waiting on a freelancer. You will operate the camera, manage audio on location in our Houston facility and in the field, and run the content machine across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Fluency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on camera operation, lighting and audio in industrial or field environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage social channels with measurable growth.
• Strong design sense and typography; able to produce polished graphics without a separate designer.

Responsibilities

• Edit, color grade, and deliver finished video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and paid media.
• Produce social content, executive content, product walkarounds, field documentation, and event recaps.
• Operate cameras, manage audio, and direct on-location shoots in Houston and in the field.
• Build and maintain a systematic asset library of raw footage, motion graphics, B‑roll, music, and brand templates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors and manage project timelines end-to-end.
