Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Video Content Creator to bring fresh ideas and powerful storytelling to our brand. You’ll produce engaging video content that showcases our solutions, clients, culture and industry presence—from client testimonials and campaign creative to internal videos and event footage.

Working across teams, you’ll take ideas from concept to compelling visuals while helping us tell the Netsmart story in new, creative ways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Basic video editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects using storyboards and stock video.
• Basic PowerPoint presentation design skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team of designers, marketers and product experts.
• Portfolio of graphic design work across traditional and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage internal and external branding materials including PowerPoint graphics, video content, photography and web design elements.
• Translate mockups into reusable components.
• Develop marketing collateral to support products and business units.
• Maintain and contribute to style guide for a coherent experience.
• Be a champion for quality and attention to detail.
• Help team understand and communicate the impact of good design.
