Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess needs, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge on features and pricing.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and stock checks.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report to work as scheduled and remain flexible to business needs.
