Qualifications

• Must have a love for the gorjana brand.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences with proactive service.
• Act as a brand ambassador and share passion for gorjana.
• Curate personalized styling choices and engage with guests.
• Use technology to support daily operations and maintain store standards.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
