Job summary

Investors Management & Marketing Inc in Springfield, MO is seeking a creative Content Creation & Marketing Intern to assist in promoting our apartment communities and brand across social media, websites, and newsletters.

This part-time, flexible internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, photography, videography, branding, and digital communications, under the Marketing Director. Great for students building a portfolio.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field.
Coursework in photography and videography completed, with additional coursework in digital media/graphic design/marketing preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools gained through coursework or projects.
Experience with photography and videography, including capture and basic editing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local properties for content creation.

Responsibilities

Create graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
Capture and edit photos and videos of properties, events, and company activities.
Create content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and newsletters highlighting apartment homes, amenities, resident events, and community lifestyles.
Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
Write engaging marketing copy and resident-focused stories.
Support marketing campaigns, community events, and brand awareness initiatives.
Monitor content performance and assist with marketing analytics and reporting.
