Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union seeks a Videographer to own end-to-end video development, from concept through distribution, with cross-functional collaboration to deliver audience-focused storytelling across digital, social, broadcast, and internal channels.

The role requires 5–8 years of videography experience, advanced skills in filming and Adobe CC, and a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• 5–8 years of videography, filming, and/or editing experience is expected.
• Advanced skills in filming, lighting, audio, editing and post-production (Adobe CC) are required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production and storytelling abilities is essential.
• Advertising/Marketing/PR agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead video strategy and execution for integrated campaigns across digital, social, web, and broadcast.
• Develop and produce high-impact visual storytelling to drive engagement and meet campaign goals.
• Optimize video content for multi-channel distribution and platform requirements.
• Create educational video content to simplify financial concepts for members.
• Produce internal communications, training, and leadership messaging aligned to priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure messaging accuracy and compliance.
• Use performance insights to refine strategy, messaging, and delivery.
