Job summary

Improveit Home Remodeling in Columbus, OH seeks a Photographer and Videographer Creator to tell real homeowner stories through photography, video, and compelling narratives. You’ll shoot projects, edit content, and shape how the brand appears across social, ads, recruiting, and internal channels.

You’ll manage shoots from concept to final cut, directing homeowners and talent, and delivering polished assets in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photography/videography experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, video, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Comfort directing and interviewing everyday people on camera.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Capture on-location photo and video of remodeling projects, people, and culture.
• Create and edit polished assets for social, advertising, recruiting, and internal comms.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting to develop campaigns and repurpose content.
• Coordinate shoots, interview homeowners and talent, and manage project timelines.
• Travel to project sites and events across Improveit’s markets.
