Job summary

Beauty Barrage is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands in beauty retailers across North America. You will drive sales targets, cultivate relationships, and raise brand awareness.

This is a fluctuating, part-time role with monthly variation in schedule and travel within a defined territory. You must have passion for the beauty industry, be self-starting and results-oriented, and report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.

Job Summary

The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. As a Brand Specialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. Our Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on the brands’ needs and distance willing to travel.

• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
