Beauty Barrage seeks a Brand Specialist to support client brands across retailers in North America. The role focuses on achieving sales targets in an assigned market, building relationships, and boosting brand awareness.

It is a fluctuating, part-time position with monthly schedule variation based on brand needs and travel distance. The Brand Specialist will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive, work as a self-starter, and bring a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Must be passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.

Job Summary:

The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.

As a Brand Specialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. Our Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry.

This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on the brands’ needs and distance willing to travel.
