Job summary

The position is part-time and hybrid, about 20 hours per week, with some work-from-home flexibility. Local candidates who can work from the office when content is captured and events occur

Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is preferred.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate new content ideas.
• Comfortable creating professional graphics and basic marketing materials.
• Able to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines.
• Must live locally and be able to work from the agency office when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the agency’s social media accounts
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Create posts featuring the agency, team members, community involvement, and available services
• Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and interactions
• Design office flyers, promotional materials, email signatures and social media graphics
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand across digital and printed materials
• Track social media engagement and recommend ideas for improving the agency’s online presence
