Job description

We are currently looking for a Brand & Service Design Lead in the United States.

As the Brand & Service Design Lead, you will define and elevate how the brand is experienced across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to service interactions. You will lead a team of designers to create cohesive, human-centered experiences that reflect strategic goals and resonate with users. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, allowing you to evolve visual and verbal identity, build scalable design systems, and guide creative direction across multiple channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure brand consistency while driving innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement. Your contributions will directly influence the perception and impact of the brand, balancing creativity with operational excellence. The role provides a dynamic environment for leadership, mentorship, and meaningful impact in a mission-driven context.

Accountabilities
  • Lead brand and service design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, cohesive experiences across all channels.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and evolve brand systems, guidelines, libraries, and workflows to enable scalable and consistent brand expression.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including marketing, product, and customer service teams, to align brand and service experiences with organizational strategy.
  • Continuously raise the bar for creative execution, innovate brand expression, and maintain attention to detail across all initiatives.
  • Integrate user and stakeholder insights into design decisions, ensuring experiences are human-centered and effective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a brand design leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating strong visual thinking, creative execution, and measurable business impact.
  • Experience leading and developing creative teams, with strong mentorship skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to align design initiatives with organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in software, product, and service design.
  • Background in healthcare or health technology is a strong plus.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from users, stakeholders, and internal teams to inform design solutions.
