Qualifications

• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate theft and fraud at Store entrances/exits.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible 'command' presence and respect all Customers and Associates.
• Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Monitor entrances/exits for suspicious behavior.

Education
