Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers; anticipate needs, initiate conversation comfortably, offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment; maintain a clean, organized, visual consistent environment including folding, hanging, sizing, meeting presentation standards.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, exchanges ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Create seamless omni‑channel experience; support Save the Sale orders, fulfil In‑Store Pick‑Up, and package ship‑from‑store orders.
