Altar’d State in Toledo, OH is seeking a Brand Representative to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean store. You will work with the leadership team to meet daily goals and create a welcoming shopping experience.

This role offers $16 per hour base pay, a generous associate discount, a 401k with company match, advancement opportunities, and support for mental health and financial wellness.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, kneel and squatting repeatedly; able to climb ladders and stairs; able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and following brand standards.
Complete opening/closing procedures and keep the store organized for guests.
Process register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and giving correct change.
Assist in merchandising and window displays; maintain a clean, presentable store environment.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual goals, which support store goals.

Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect Company assets

Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
