Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits as a freelance contractor in Michigan. You will act as a liaison between the brand and stores, performing audits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, about one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification. This flexible, supplemental income role offers mobile reporting via the ThirdChannel App.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Evaluate product presentation, brand visibility and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and transition to merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys, submit data and photos in real time.
