Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. at Forum Shops in Las Vegas is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to deliver outstanding guest service, build relationships, and drive revenue while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

You will follow our service standards, assist guests with product knowledge, process transactions accurately, and support merchandising, inventory prep, and loss prevention to protect store assets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible retail hours including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and building guest loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with guests and store management; share product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist with merchandising and inventory prep.
• Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and adhere to loss prevention practices.
