Responsibilities:

1. Dispensary Engagement and Displays:
   • Set up and maintain eye‑catching displays in dispensaries to maximize visibility and sales.
   • Ensure that store requirements are met and our brand is prominently represented.
2. Brand Representation:
   • Act as the face of Dank By Definition, embodying our values and maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
   • Build strong relationships with dispensary staff and budtenders to enhance product knowledge and advocacy.
3. Marketing and Strategy:
   • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target demographics and market trends.
   • Use data‑driven insights to develop and execute effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.
4. Sales Promotion and Training:
   • Drive sales through effective product promotion and customer engagement strategies.
   • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for dispensary staff to ensure they are well‑versed in our products.
5. Event Planning and In‑Store Activations:
   • Plan and coordinate in‑store activations to showcase our products and educate consumers.
   • Set up engaging booths and displays that attract attention and highlight product features.
   • Educate consumers about our products through interactive demonstrations and informative sessions.
   • Collaborate with dispensary staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activations.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
