Brandlete in Philadelphia is seeking Brand Representatives to professionally represent client campaigns through face-to-face interactions, grow the customer base, and drive registrations and sign-ups across local businesses.

No prior sales experience is required. You will receive full training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or business development within a supportive team.

Brandlete is looking for confident and motivated individuals to join its growing team as Brand Representatives. This is a face-to-face opportunity focused on brand representation, customer acquisition, and business development, working directly with local businesses and customers.

You’ll represent established client campaigns, introduce relevant products and services, build relationships with potential customers, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through to sign-up.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and continued support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop professional experience and build a career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Representative, you'll act as a professional face of the brands and campaigns you represent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing client brands through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Engaging with new and prospective customers within an assigned territory
• Building relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and customers
• Learning about customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
• Delivering clear and engaging brand and product presentations
• Increasing brand awareness and generating new customer interest
• Supporting customers through registrations and the sign-up process
• Providing a positive and professional customer experience
• Developing skills in customer acquisition, sales, communication, and relationship management
• Working towards individual and team performance goals
• Participating in regular coaching, campaign training, and development sessions
