Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a major wireless/connectivity brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and stores, performing recurring visits and ensuring product quality.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with flexible scheduling coordinated with store management. Immediate start dates available after certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store audits and quality control visits to evaluate presentation and brand visibility.
• Conduct initial audits and follow-up visits; implement visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist store staff with resolving display or brand issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit data and photos in real time.

About the Role

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits in support of a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market. This is a highly flexible, supplemental income opportunity, with immediate start dates available upon certification. Success looks like accurate, on-time audits, strong brand visibility, and a well-maintained presence across your assigned retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Audits & Quality Control

Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.

Visit Execution

Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.

Display & Merchandising Fixes

Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.

Technology & Reporting

Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of $24 per hour, based on relevant experience and market conditions.
• Additional travel incentive added to every store visit.
