The ideal candidate will excel in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with openness to tools like Figma and AI-powered design. This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong typography and layout skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to translate brand standards into print, digital and environmental needs.
• Experience delivering on-brand marketing materials on tight timelines.
• Comfort with collaborating across Marketing & Communications, Investments, Development and Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Design corporate marketing materials (presentations, brochures, reports, ads, invitations).
• Create property marketing assets (web, brochures, signage, templates, environmental graphics).
• Develop templates and templates for brand consistency; train staff on usage.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business goals into visual communications.
